SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will be packaged using unbranded double-wall boxes to ensure the security and discretion of your parcel. Before dispatch, items are thoroughly inspected to guarantee brand-new condition and 100% Authenticity.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Estimated delivery times are used and only commence from the date of dispatch. We are not held responsible for delays caused by the destination's customs clearance process.
Orders that are not received will be returned to us. any cost of the return may be charged to the buyer and will be deducted from any refund which is Due.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
You will not be charged any extra tax or customs if your delivery address is within the UK. if you live outside that zone, you may be charged customs or import tax. Drip N Drown Town LTD is not responsible for import duty or customs tax. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

return & exchange policy
Return
Refunds and exchanges are accepted if you are not satisfied with your order within 14 days of being received.
Customers have 7 days from date of Delivery to inform customer support of returns.
- Under no circumstances will a return or exchange be accepted should the label of been tampered with or removed from the product -
Please contact us by e-mail (Support@dripndrowntown.com) within 2 days of receiving your order in order to process the return as quickly as possible.
Exchange
One exchange only is permitted per order. Another exchange will be declined.
In the event of an exchange, there is no additional shipping cost for UK orders. exchanges are based on currently available stock.
International orders are subject to pay for shipping should you wish to exchange an item.
Return requests must be submitted by email within 7 days of delivery.
Returns for UK/International buyers must be received within 14 days.
returns are only accepted if the item is unused and new. Any indication that the item is used will not be accepted. we don't accept the return of socks & earrings/undergarments for hygiene reasons. items preferably should be returned in their original packaging all tags must be attached to the item and must show no signs of wear. shoe boxes must be undamaged as they are a part of the product. returns & exchanges must be returned by courier service and tracked.
funds for returned items can only be credited to the original payment method.
Compulsive returns
Exchanges and refunds are offered for customer satisfaction with their purchases however excessive returns may be refused.
goods are fully insured during transit and goods become the full responsibility of the recipient once delivered. in the event of you being offered a refund full legal ownership of the goods is reverted back to Dripndrowntown.com.
